There is no phone line and no contact form. Email reaches us faster than either would, and it leaves you a written record of what we promised.

What to include

If your message concerns an order, put the email address you bought with in the message. That one line saves a round trip. The ClickBank order number helps too, and it is in the receipt ClickBank sent you at the time of purchase.

Where different questions go

• The reading itself. A file that never arrived, a birth date typed wrong, a chapter that makes no sense, the partner reading, a question about the calendar boundary. All of that is us. The support page answers most of it before you write.
• Refunds. Email us and we file the request, or go straight to clkbank.com and do it yourself. Sixty days, no reason needed. Details on the refund policy page.
• Billing and order lookups. ClickBank holds the payment record. For a charge you cannot identify, a duplicate order, or a card question, contact ClickBank at clkbank.com. On your statement the charge reads CLKBANK*COM.
• Your data. Deletion requests and privacy questions go to the same support address, with "Delete my data" in the subject line if that is what you want. The privacy policy sets out the process.
• Press, affiliates, and everything else. Same address. Say what you need in the first paragraph.
