Refund policy
Sixty days, no reason required
Every purchase on this site carries a 60-day money-back guarantee. Here is exactly how it works, written so you can hold us to it.
Last updated: August 24, 2026
The guarantee
You have sixty days from the date of your order to request a full refund of what you paid. That window covers the reading itself and every optional item added to the same order, including the partner reading, the timing calendar, and the Day Master study.
You do not owe us a reason. "It didn't sound like me" is a reason. "I changed my mind" is a reason. Silence is also acceptable. We would like to hear what missed, because that is how the writing gets better, and you are under no obligation to tell us.
Sixty days from the order date. Full amount paid. Any item on the order, or the whole order. No forms, no phone call, no explanation. This applies whether you bought during the launch, during the Fire Goat year, or at any other time.
Who issues the refund
ClickBank is the retailer and merchant of record for products sold on this site. ClickBank took the payment, ClickBank holds it, and ClickBank sends it back. We are the studio that writes the readings. We can file the request for you and we can confirm it went through, and the money itself moves through ClickBank.
The practical effect is good for you. It means the refund does not depend on our mood, our cash position, or whether we answer email that week.
How to request one
Route one, direct to ClickBank
Go to clkbank.com, which is ClickBank's own customer service site. Look up your order with the email address you used at checkout plus either your order number or the last four digits of the card you paid with. From there you can request the refund yourself. This is the fastest route and it runs around the clock.
Route two, through us
Email [email protected] with the email address you bought with. Ask for a refund in whatever words you like. We submit it to ClickBank on your behalf, usually the same day, and we write back to tell you it is done. We will not put you through a retention script or ask you to reconsider three times. One reply, confirming.
Look on your card statement for CLKBANK*COM or CLICKBANK. That line is your purchase from us. ClickBank also sends its own receipt email at the time of the order, separate from our delivery email, and the order number lives in there. Search your mailbox for "ClickBank order". If you still cannot find it, write to us with your name and the approximate purchase date and we will go looking.
What happens next
ClickBank processes approved refund requests promptly. The credit usually appears on a card statement within three to five business days, though some banks take longer to post it, and PayPal balances tend to move faster. If two weeks pass with nothing on your statement, contact ClickBank directly, since only they can see the transaction.
Once the refund is issued, access to the reading ends. Your delivery page link stops working and any files still sitting in your downloads folder are yours to delete. We also remove you from the buyer email flow. You keep the free teaser from the quiz, which never cost anything.
Requesting a refund does not close your door here. People come back the following year and buy again, and we welcome that without comment.
A few honest edges
- After sixty days. The window is set by ClickBank and we cannot extend it. Write to us anyway if something has gone wrong. We will do what we can, and we will tell you straight if the answer is no.
- A reading that never arrived. Do not spend your guarantee on a delivery problem. Email us and we will resend it by hand within a day. The support page walks through the usual causes.
- Wrong birth details. We re-cast the reading free. That fix costs you nothing and takes about a day, and your sixty days keep running while we do it.
- Chargebacks. Please ask for the refund before you call your bank. A chargeback takes weeks longer than a refund and puts a permanent mark on the order. Ours is a one-email process and nobody argues with you.
Why we state it this plainly
Most of what gets sold in this corner of the internet hides its refund terms behind a link nobody clicks. We would rather you read this before you buy than discover it after. A guarantee stated in vague language is worth very little. This one is sixty days, full amount, no reason required, and it is the same promise whether you write to us on day two or day fifty-nine.
