How to reach us
One inbox, read by the people who write the readings. Nobody here is a chatbot and nobody is a call center.
How fast we answer
We answer every email within one business day. Most get answered the same day, often within a few hours. Weekends and US holidays run slower, and a message sent Saturday night is usually handled Monday morning.
If two full business days pass with no reply from us, the message went astray or our answer landed in your spam folder. Write again and say "second attempt" in the subject line. We would rather read your question twice than leave you waiting on an answer that never arrives.
Your reading has not arrived
The delivery email goes out within a few minutes of purchase. It carries a link to your delivery page, where the PDF and your chart page are waiting. That link keeps working all year, so the email is worth saving.
Before you write to us, two quick checks that solve most of these:
- Search your whole mailbox for "Lunar Almanac". Gmail files us under Promotions more often than we would like. Outlook sometimes files us under Junk on the first send.
- Check the address you typed at checkout. One dropped letter in a domain name and the reading is sitting in a mailbox that does not exist.
Still nothing? Email us the address you used at checkout and the ClickBank receipt number from your confirmation email. We will find the order and resend the delivery link by hand, usually the same day. If the email address was wrong, tell us the correct one and we will move the reading over. There is no charge for any of this and no form to fill out.
A mistyped birth year or the wrong birth hour changes the whole reading, and people catch it after they buy more often than you would guess. Write to us with the correct details. We re-cast the reading and send a new PDF free, no argument and no fee. This is a normal request. Ask for it.
If you bought the partner reading
The $17 Two-Chart Crossing is fulfilled on your delivery page rather than by email, because we need the other person's birth information and we do not have it at checkout. Open the delivery link from your welcome email, scroll to the partner section, and enter their birth date and birth hour. The pair reading renders on the spot and downloads as its own PDF.
If you do not know their birth hour, choose "I'm not sure" and the reading builds from the year and element alone. It is shorter in one chapter and complete everywhere else.
Cannot find the partner section, or the render failed halfway? Send us the birth date and birth hour in an email and we will produce the pair reading manually and send it back to you.
Refunds
Every purchase carries a 60-day money-back guarantee. You have sixty days from the date of your order to ask for your money back, for any reason at all, including the reason that you read it and it did not sound like you. Our full policy is on the refund policy page.
ClickBank is the retailer for everything sold here, which means ClickBank holds the payment and issues the refund. Two ways to start one:
- Go straight to ClickBank. Visit clkbank.com, look up your order using the email address you bought with and either your order number or the last four digits of the card, and request the refund there. It is the fastest route.
- Write to us. Email [email protected] and we will submit the request on your behalf. You will hear back from us with a confirmation.
The charge does not appear under our name. It reads as CLKBANK*COM or CLICKBANK, sometimes followed by a phone number. People see an unfamiliar line on a statement and assume fraud, so we say it plainly here: that line is us, billed through ClickBank. Your order number is in the ClickBank receipt email, which arrives separately from our delivery email.
Unsubscribing from our emails
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you are out, and we do not put you back. Unsubscribing from marketing does not touch your delivery link or your access to anything you bought. If you would rather we deleted your details entirely, the route is in our privacy policy.
Who you are actually writing to
The Lunar Almanac is an independent studio in Freeport, New York. We are small. We are not affiliated with any astrologer, temple, publisher, or larger media company, and nobody has bought a good word from us. The readings are assembled from the traditional Chinese zodiac calendar and written by us, for insight, self-reflection, and entertainment. They are not medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice, and we would be uneasy with anyone who told you otherwise.
